Complete, Actionable Solutions

"Where the wealthy families come for solutions."
Padma Gonpo Inc, provides leading edge solutions for the highest development of human potential and a sustainable future. Our goods and services are geared to address some of the toughest problems in the world today, and we produce tools that empower you to live the life you desire.

The staff at our world headquarters are busy working on solutions to the bigger world problems. Unfortunately, the truth is that the "Golden rule" is in full effect - Those with the gold make the rules. As such, Padma Gonpo, Inc. is a for-profit, class "C" Corporation, Incorporated in the State of Nevada.

Before you can begin to fix a problem, you have to be able to get a clear image of exactly what it is made of. In the realm of sustainability, there are three (3) components that are summed up with the acronym "SEE".

SEE

  1. Society
  2. Economy
  3. Environment
These three areas must be brought into balance before sustainability can be obtained and maintained. These are the three areas that Padma Gonpo, Inc., focus on for its solutions.

Society

It is many times the actions of people that cause the natural cycle of resource replacement to fail. Resources that take hundreds or millions of years to create can be consumed in only a few days. Even the valuable resource of human creativity can rapidly fail under the crushing stress of depletion of any of the many human needs.

Awareness of individual roles are lost in the chaos of a daily fight for survival which causes greater waste and increases the pace at which resources are consumed. The loss of individual role and role models in our daily interactions with those around us intensifies reclusive behavior and polarizes people into tribes. Tribal process deepens the separation of social elements and in many cases leads to tyranny. Ultimately all of this leads to widespread war which decreases population, throws the society's scientific achievment backward and brings resources back into balance with natural supply.

The proof lies in human history. The question is Who wants this as an outcome?

If we could prevent this cycle by acting together in a responsible and cooperative way as a global society, all of this loss can be completely avoided. It must start at the local level with a voluntary change of mind. Each person in the society must want a positive outcome and see their role clearly within it.

Padma Gonpo, Inc. is committed to helping society develop in a way that can achieve this lofty goal. We have consulting and coaching programs, certification and training and a full menu of services to help people and companies make the transition comfortably toward a sustainable tomorrow.

Economy

Given the choice, any sane person would choose wealth over poverty. Wealth provides freedom, empowers you to help others selflessly, and ensures that your family's needs will be met for years to come. Generally, this opens the way to a low stress life that can have significant effect on the world around it.

Strangely enough, there is more than a small share of people that actually have an aversion to being wealthy. They angrily push any opportunity to achieve it away. They slander those that help and provide for them and secretly envy everything those wealthy people have. These are the have-nots and they want to keep it that way. They blame everyone else for their lifestyle, but are not willing to take any action to change it unless it comes with a free ride - an "Entitlement". These people are the bane of the wealthy.

Believe it or not, it really doesn't take that much to become wealthy these days. There are four pillars of poverty that must be overcome. There are nine critical elements of kingdom building that must be acquired and the wealth comes more-or-less automatically out of the process of learning all of this.

All in all, it takes about 24 months to achieve amazing wealth and freedom. That is, for those who are willing to make this their passion.

Economy plays a role in sustainability as it is the pulse behind society. People tend to argue that religion is the pulse behind society, but how many people throughout history remain part of a poor religion. Many have come and gone. In the simplest terms, "No army can fight on an empty stomach or with empty pockets." People need to feed and cloth themselves and their families and when that isn't happening, society decays into anarchy.

Environment

When we hear about sustainability in the news, it is usually focused on ecological systems. Environment is a much larger picture that that though. It includes our buildings, land, natural resources and even the quality of our working environments. When we are not getting what we need, we seek out the resources from somewhere else instead of finding solutions to heal the environment we are currently in. An example of this is landfills and recycling programs. Our recycling goes to China and becomes their pollution problem. This kind of thinking always leads to a bad outcome.

I have heard arguments both for and against the effect of having wealth on the environment. The poor camp argues that it is the wealthy that are causing all the damage because they can buy anything they want, travel far and wide and generally just purchase more stuff than a poor person.

The Affluent argue that they have already implemented sustainability at home and office, have given generously to non-profits that promote green and regularly host fundraisers and other events that promote green and eco friendly topics for the general public.

Which side do you believe is accomplishing more for the environment? I have seen both parties living at the extremes. The poor can be as ravenous as locusts when it comes to resource consumption. They can also be monks/nuns living in retreat or people living in communes. The affluent can have the most efficient homes, running on alternative fuels and utilities, or they can have poorly built mansions that leak heat and consume power and natural gas like a forest fire. The point is this: if you have money, and are socially disposed to sustainability, you can do great things. If you are poor and socially disposed to sustainability, your impact is considerably less - even in this age of new media and social networking.

You don't have to believe us. There are hundreds of reports, thousands of research projects and an abundant amount of history that all provide the proof. As you can see, we have done our research and have found models from our past of societies that were sustainable. We have discovered what they did to obtain sustainability and what they did to lose it. It is this research that is the basis of our programs, services and products.
