The Global Concerns Unit

This business unit has the task of keeping pace with the people world and their various concerns. This business unit has a broad description simply because they do not do just one thing. Their task is considerably less well defined.

Some things this Business Unit does:

• Evaluate the broader problems our world faces and produce situation assessments for our executive branch to evaluate.
• Determine cultural and historic roots to issues and analyze solutions that preserve culture and social freedom.
• Interact with government units when a solution is found through proper channels.
• Determine stop gap solutions to reduce potential long term effects of global issues.

The general idea here is that people can solve their problems faster and more holistically than any government unit can if they have the resources to do so. This relieves the burden from their government and its usually heavily spent budget. This unit also promotes cooperative efforts between people and their government on these issues.
