As a company grows, it goes through phases. In the beginning, one person can manage most of the daily requirements. Over time, more people are needed and that places a time berdon on the existing tribal leaders. The challenge is that you must delegate actions and responsibility to subordinates, many of whom are not fully ready to carry this new berdon themselves.

Our executive teams program is designed to produce a layer of highly effective support people to the small business owner/CEO so that delegated tasks are competently executed in a timely manner.
